Khabib Nurmagomedov provides Tony Ferguson $200,000 to combat him far in 2017, a couple of high-profile UFC fighters seem to take it into their own hands — and mouths — to attempt to generate some blockbuster matchups occur even if the organization has to approve them. But on Monday, No. 1 lightweight rival Khabib Nurmagomedov (24-0) took to Twitter to allow No. 2 rival Tony Ferguson (22-3) know he is ready to put up $200,000 of his own money to create a struggle between them occur since the UFC hasn’t done it to them…Ferguson had demanded equal pay to take on Nurmagomedov despite signing a new deal with the UFC that reportedly prevents that from making exactly the same. UFC president Dana White said the fight wouldn’t happen for this reason though the public is demanding it. The proposed bout is for its interim lightweight title with present champion Conor McGregor (21-3) from action for another 10 weeks to focus on the birth of his kid. Michael Bisping and Tyron Woodley concur to catchweight bout? Yes, current UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping (30-7) and welterweight champ Tyron Woodley (16-3-1) were spotted verbally agreeing to some superfight of varieties in a catchweight of 180 pounds backstage during UFC 207 last Friday at Las Vegas. Both fighters are coming off name defenses at the end of 2016 and right now don’t have new competitions. Bisping posted the movie under on his Instagram accounts to show the world he means business. There’s a current opening for a primary event at UFC Fight Night 108 in the O2 Arena in London on March 18th, with Bisping hinting at that as a possible date.
